LeDoux Admits Indiscretion, Denies Wrongdoing

Minnesota’s Combative Sports Commissioner, Scott LeDoux, has admitted a violation of professional ethics in accepting complimentary tickets to an event sanctioned by his office.  For more details see http://minnesota.publicradio.org/display/web/2008/12/19/combative/?refid=0

LeDoux, in his own defense, said that he didn’t know that the act was a breach of ethics and that he will no longer accept such gratuities.  It’s unclear exactly what event was involved, but general speculation that the incident was related to the UFC 87 event at Target Center in August.
